Manages P-Card, postage, and petty cash for the Department. Processes receivers in Advantage for receipt of goods and services. Maintains various spreadsheets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Explains policies and procedures, as well as reviews requests for travel and mileage reimbursement. Prepares direct payment vouchers as needed. Provides customer service to vendors, Library employees, and other County departments. Analyzes financial data and prepares reports. Participates in annual budget preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following:

• Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of two (2) years of experience performing bookkeeping or related work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications include:

• Two years (2) of experience using an automated financial system (must specify system used on application),
• Experience creating/maintaining reports using Excel (must specify on application),
• Experience with P-Card management (must specify on application), and
• Experience with petty cash management (must specify on application).
