Fiscal Technician (Accounts Payable)

The position is responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

• Reviewing general invoices for accuracy.
• Posting entries in accounting software and assisting in monitoring payables.
• Developing and maintaining various spreadsheets to assist in financial monitoring by utilizing Excel.
• Issuing authorizations for treatment services and forwarding to prospective treatment facility.
• Completion of individual liability determination for funded services.
• Purchase of all agency supplies including but not limited to office supplies, program supplies, food, etc.
• Maintaining tracking spreadsheets and purchasing items qualified as social determinants of health (SDOH) for individuals in need.
• Analytical data analysis to be utilized for program review.

Pay: $17.36 - $19.95 per hour
