Fiscal Technician

Summary of Duties:

Family Service & Children’s Aid Society has a full-time position available. This position requires performing clerical/accounting work involving billing for Carelon, EAPs, Medical Assistance, Private Insurance, and County for General Counseling, Home & Community Habilitation, Family Foundations and School Based Programs; also preparing statistical reports. Prepares credentialing renewals for private insurance companies, licensed staff, Agency and EAP programs.

This position reports directly to the Fiscal Administrative Assistant and indirectly to the Finance Manager of Family Service & Children’s Aid Society.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities: - Experience with Word, Excel, and Carelon and Promise billing systems. - Associate degree or comparable experience in clerical/accounting or medical billing. - Acts 34-73-151 clearances, valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
