What they need
We are looking for an experienced Fish Cutter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Cutting, filleting, trimming and portioning fresh salmon, tuna and other fish
- Ensuring consistent portion sizes and high-quality presentation
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised preparation area
- Minimising waste and working efficiently to daily production targets
Requirements:
- Previous fish cutting or fish preparation experience
- Good knife skills
- Experience with salmon and tuna preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
- Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Full-time position | Competitive salary based on experience
Pay: £3,000.00-£5,000.00 per month
