What they need
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Fish Cutter / Packer to join our busy seafood processing team. In this role, you will clean, cut, fillet, and package fresh fish according to high quality and safety standards.
- Cutting & Filleting: Clean, cut, and fillet fish with precision and work closely with other processing team members to meet production targets
- Weighing & Inspecting: Examine fish products to verify quality, weight, and size specifications before packaging
- Packing & Labeling: Pack seafood products securely into ice, boxes, or containers, and apply accurate labels with weights and dates
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace by washing tools, equipment, and floors regularly using approved cleaning solutions
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
