Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Fish Prep & Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands-on position responsible for preparing and portioning fish for our food trucks while helping maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary base of operations.

No previous fish-cutting experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You'll Do

Fish Prep

• Defrost and prepare fish fillets for our food trucks
• Cut and portion fish according to company quality and portion standards
• Follow proper food-handling and food-safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and sanitary fish-preparation area
• Clean and properly store knives, equipment, and supplies

Warehouse & Inventory

• Receive and help put away incoming shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain the employee restroom
• Take out trash and maintain waste areas
• Help stage and organize supplies for daily food truck operations
• Assist with other general facility duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to follow food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Comfortable performing both food-preparation and facility-cleaning duties
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Previous experience in food prep, warehouse, inventory, restaurant, production, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week. Work is performed Monday through Friday during our normal operating hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Specific start and end times may vary based on operational needs.

Compensation

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
