Fish Process Worker

About the role

Join the team at Poulos Bros Seafoods as a full-time Fish Process Worker based in Morningside, QLD. In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be the task of trimming fish.

Key responsibilities

• Filleting, skinning, trimming and portioning a variety of fish
• Preparing seafood to customer specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Working efficiently as part of the production team

About you

• Previous fish filleting experience essential
• Confident knife skills and good product knowledge
• Reliable, punctual and efficient
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
