About the role

PT. Odilia Bintang Raya is seeking a dedicated Fisioterapis (Physiotherapist) to join our healthcare team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our clients. As a Fisioterapis, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to helping patients recover, rehabilitate, and improve their physical function and quality of life. Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
• Administer various therapeutic techniques and exercises to promote recovery, pain management, and improved mobility
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise routines, and self-care strategies to support long-term recovery
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Provide guidance to patients and families on rehabilitation procedures and expected outcomes
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based physiotherapy techniques

What we're looking for

• Valid physiotherapy qualification and licensure as required by Indonesian healthcare regulations
• Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology relevant to physical rehabilitation
• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in an understandable manner to patients
• Compassion and empathy with a genuine commitment to patient care and wellbeing
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining patient records
• Physical capability to perform manual therapy techniques and assist patients during treatment
• Professional demeanour and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
• Preferred experience with specific rehabilitation areas such as musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
