Fit Model

Edikted is looking for an In-House Fit Model to join our Product Development team. This role will serve as the primary fit model for proto and development samples, working closely with our Product Development and Design teams to help ensure consistency in fit, proportion, comfort, and overall garment execution.

In addition to fit modeling, this position will provide hands-on administrative and sample-management support to the Product Development team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, organized, comfortable providing feedback on garment fit, and able to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment.

What You’ll Do

Fit Modeling & Product Development

• Serve as the primary in-house fit model for proto, development, and other applicable samples across product categories.
• Participate in scheduled fit sessions with Product Development, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
• Try on garments and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding fit, comfort, movement, proportion, and overall feel.
• Assist the Product Development team in evaluating garment fit and consistency throughout the development process.
• Maintain the body measurements and proportions required for Edikted’s designated fit specifications.
• Participate in monthly measurement verification to support consistency throughout the product development and fitting process.
• Be comfortable changing into and modeling a variety of apparel categories as required for fit evaluation.

Sample Management & Administrative Support As Needed

• Track and organize photoshoot samples to ensure accurate movement and availability.
• Receive, sort, and distribute development samples to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain an organized and accurate sample library.
• Support sample check-in/check-out processes and assist with tracking sample location and status.
• Provide additional administrative support to the Product Development team as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient workspace that supports a fast-moving product development calendar.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous fit modeling, fashion, apparel, product development, or sample-management experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain consistent measurements within the company’s required fit specifications.
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness and motivation to learn.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and pivot quickly as business needs change.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Required Fit Measurements

Because this position serves as a technical fit reference during the product development process, candidates must closely align with the following measurements:

• Height: 5’5”–5’7”
• Bust: 33”
• Waist: 26”
• Hip: 35 ½”
• Thigh: 20”

Measurements will be verified during the selection process and periodically throughout employment to ensure continued consistency with the fit requirements of the role.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00–$30.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and alignment with the requirements of the role.
