Fit Model (Part-Time)

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday

About the Role

Böhme is looking for fit models to join our team and help bring our apparel to life! As a Fit Model, you’ll play an important role in our product development process by trying on factory samples and providing fit feedback to help ensure our garments meet our brand’s fit, comfort, and quality standards.

We are currently seeking fit models who align with our Madewell size 4 (Small) and size 14 (XL) fit specifications.

What You’ll Do

• Try on apparel samples during scheduled fit sessions.
• Provide feedback on garment fit, comfort, proportions, and overall wearability.
• Work collaboratively with our product development and merchandising teams to support fit evaluations.
• Maintain consistent availability for scheduled fittings.
• Provide accurate and constructive feedback to help improve the fit and quality of our products.
• Maintain stable, consistent body measurements.

Fit Specifications

We are seeking fit models whose measurements align closely with one of the following specifications:

Size 4 (Small)

• Bust: 35"
• Waist: 28"
• Low Hip: 38"

Size 14 (XL)

• Bust: 44"
• Waist: 35"
• Low Hip: 44"

Measurements are used solely to determine fit-model alignment with the garments being evaluated. Additional guidance on how to take these measurements will be provided during the application or casting process.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability Monday through Thursday, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Comfort trying on apparel samples and sharing constructive feedback.
• Ability to follow measurement and fitting guidelines.
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Measurements that closely align with one of our target fit specifications.
• Previous modeling experience is not required.

Compensation & Perks
