Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects and strong knowledge of site execution, technical drawings, coordination, and project supervision.

DM-approved status and immediate availability are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Supervise joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, and other finishing works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Check the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with the MEP team to avoid clashes and ensure proper execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site storage.
• Attend site inspections with consultants and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare and follow up on snagging and rectification works.
• Assist with project handover and completion documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper site records, drawings, reports, and other project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• DM-approved Engineer – Compulsory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects – Compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction works.
• Good understanding of architectural and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of site execution and quality control.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joining – Compulsory.
• UAE Driving License will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction practices.
• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of joinery and interior finishing works.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
