Fit Out Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer with a minimum of 2+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong site coordination skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to manage fit-out activities efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read architectural and shop drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ, site measurements and quantity verification.

• Good understanding of partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, glass and finishing works.

• Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

• Monitor daily site activities, quality and project progress.

• Handle material requirements, site measurements, snagging and handover coordination.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Ability to independently coordinate multiple project sites.

• Immediate/short-notice joiners will be preferred.
