Fit-out Estimator

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Estimator specialized in the interior fit-out industry to manage project costing, tendering, and BOQ preparation.

• Positions Available: 1
• Salary Range: AED 5,500 – AED 8,000
• Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed, accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from interior layouts and fit-out drawings.
• Tendering: Review tender documents, perform material take-offs, and submit competitive bids.
• Vendor Management: Source and negotiate pricing with material suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Commercial Analysis: Conduct post-tender evaluations and track variations during execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience strictly within the Interior Fit-out industry.
• Deep knowledge of local interior material costs, glass, ceiling, flooring, and MEP pricing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
