Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of fit-out materials, specialist joinery detailing, FF&E sourcing, and MEP system coordination.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with quantity take-off software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam), estimation software, Microsoft Excel, and exposure to BIM/AutoCAD.
