Fit-Out Experienced Engineer

We are hiring:

Position: Fit-Out Experienced Engineer.

Type: Full-TimeWorking

Hours: As per company schedule

We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute assigned duties in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, work orders and supervisor instructions.

-Carry out preventive, corrective and reactive work within competence and authorization.

-Inspect completed work and ensure quality, functionality and safe return to service.

-Maintain accurate work orders, checklists, readings, service reports and job completion records.

-Coordinate with other trades and supervisors where work interfaces with other systems.

-Report recurring defects, material shortages, unsafe conditions and work outside assigned scope.

HSE, Quality & Compliance:

-Comply with company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements and client/site rules.

-Use required PPE and ensured tools, equipment and work areas are safe before work starts.

-Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects and environmental concerns promptly.

-Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment and occupied areas.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, MEP or related engineering discipline; 5+ years’ fit-out/project experience.

Core Competencies

Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness and safety consciousness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

SLA achievement, PPM completion, response time, work-order closure, repeat failures, HSE compliance, client feedback and reporting accuracy.
