Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily fit-out and interior works on site.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor carpentry, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, and other interior works.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Check the quality of completed work and ensure rectification of defects.
• Coordinate with different trades to avoid delays and conflicts.
• Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate material requirements and report shortages to the concerned team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar role.
• UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing and fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, and partition works.
• Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Experience in commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects is an advantage.
