Fit-Out Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer to manage projects for our growing fit-out company. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in site execution, drawing coordination, team supervision, and client communication, with the ability to manage projects independently from initial requirements to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works, including ceilings, gypsum partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing.
• Plan daily site activities and manage workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Review and revise layouts and shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they match client requirements and site conditions.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and represent the company throughout the project.
• Prepare and coordinate quantity take-offs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and progress.
• Coordinate MEP works and relevant fit-out approvals.
• Manage snagging and final project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience independently managing projects with a fit-out contractor.
• Strong practical knowledge of finishing works and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to review and modify drawings.
• Good knowledge of estimation, costing, and material procurement.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and client communication skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
