Parkview Pet Center, Qatar’s first full-service veterinary clinic, is undertaking an in-house facility renovation project in Doha. We are looking for an experienced construction and fit-out professional to lead its delivery.

The Role

In-House Renovation Project Lead

You will manage the renovation from planning through to handover, delivering work in phases while the clinic remains operational.

This is a hands-on position combining technical advice, construction management, material selection, cost optimization, and direct site supervision. You will work with our clinical and operations teams to create practical, durable spaces that support their daily work.

Reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, sequence, and supervise daily renovation activities, ensuring quality and minimal disruption to clinic operations.
• Recommend construction methods, durable materials, and finishes, presenting practical alternatives with costs and trade-offs.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Source materials, evaluate local suppliers, negotiate quotations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage trades and subcontractors, coordinating civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and specialist works.
• Resolve site challenges, inspect workmanship, monitor progress, and deliver completed work through handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on construction or fit-out experience in Qatar.
• Personally managed site execution on at least one completed construction, renovation, or fit-out project.
• Practical experience with BOQs, cost estimation, construction sequencing, finishes, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate construction materials, recommend alternatives, and source from Qatar suppliers.
• Currently based in Qatar with valid or transferable work authorization, a valid Qatar driving licence, and own transport.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, veterinary, or clinical facility fit-outs.
• Renovations carried out while a business remained operational.
• Commercial or retail fit-out projects.
