Fit-Out Purchaser

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with proven experience in interior fit-out procurement. The candidate must have at least 3 years of GCC experience in the same field, preferably in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects.

· Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations, prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

· Purchase fit-out, finishing, civil, MEP, joinery, lighting, sanitary, flooring, ceiling, hardware, and other project materials.

· Review BOQs, specifications, drawings, and material requirements before purchasing.

· Prepare purchase orders and monitor material deliveries and lead times.

· Coordinate closely with project, commercial, design, and site teams.

· Ensure materials meet approved specifications, quality, and project requirements.

· Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain competitive supplier pricing.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of GCC experience specifically in Fit-Out Procurement – mandatory.

· Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC suppliers and construction materials.

· Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or contracting companies.

· Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, and material submittals.

· Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

· ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Important: Only candidates with relevant GCC Fit-Out Procurement experience will be considered.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
