ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Interior Fit-Out professionals to join our project team in the UAE.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out projects and the ability to take responsibility for projects from planning and execution through completion and handover.

KEY REQUIREMENT

INTERIOR FIT-OUT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

Candidates with only general civil construction, infrastructure, road, structural, or building construction experience will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantities, estimates, quotations, and cost analysis.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Planning project activities, manpower, materials, procurement, and resources.
• Managing and supervising daily site activities.
• Monitoring project progress, quality, cost, and programme.
• Coordinating multiple fit-out trades and subcontractors.
• Managing variations, additional works, measurements, and commercial matters.
• Identifying site issues, technical problems, scope gaps, and project risks.
• Ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Conducting inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, and handover.
• Preparing progress reports and project documentation.
• Following up with clients and consultants for approvals and inspections.
• Ensuring successful project completion, handover, and close-out.

INTERIOR FIT-OUT EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have practical experience with several of the following:

• Gypsum partitions & ceilings
• False ceilings
• Flooring & tiling
• Joinery & carpentry
• Painting & decorative finishes
• Glass & aluminium
• Doors & ironmongery
• Wall finishes
• MEP coordination
• Custom joinery
• Renovation and refurbishment works

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

✅ GCC experience – Mandatory
✅ Interior Fit-Out experience – Mandatory
✅ Ability to manage/coordinate projects from start to completion
✅ Strong understanding of fit-out execution and site coordination
✅ Ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
✅ Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under project deadlines and pressure
✅ UAE/GCC project experience preferred

LANGUAGE PREFERENCE

Candidates who can communicate effectively in any of the following languages are preferred:

Tamil | English | Hindi | Malayalam

English communication is required for professional coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams.
