Fit Out -Workshop Foreman

• Supervise daily fit-out and joinery workshop production.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings.
• Supervise carpentry, joinery, cutting, assembly, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper use of MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, solid wood, and other fit-out materials.
• Monitor woodworking machinery and workshop equipment.
• Conduct quality and finishing inspections.
• Plan materials and control material wastage.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Store, and installation teams.
• Resolve production and technical issues effectively.
• Ensure workshop safety and HSE requirements are followed.
• Monitor production targets and project deadlines.
• Prepare daily production and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of relevant fit-out/joinery/carpentry workshop experience.
• Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman or Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and carpentry works.
• Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of woodworking materials and machinery.
• Strong team supervision and manpower planning skills.
• Good quality control and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice will be prioritized.
