FIT-OUT/JOINERY DRAFTSMAN

***Please do not apply if you do not have experience in an interior fit-out/Joinery company.

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as a Draftsman in the interior design, Fit-out, and joinery industry in the UAE (mainly for commercial, residential, and F & B projects).
• Designing for 2D/3D Plans-Shop drawing detailed shop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out.
• Prepare free hand section details for site people and material list.
• Prepare drawings (linear, shop etc.) as instructed by the Design & Development Manager.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to develop and finalize designs.
• Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics for interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the project team.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends and materials.
• Performing other duties as required.
• Completing tasks within an agreed / allocated time.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Have outstanding organizational skills.
• Knowledge of materials & hardware.

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in UAE from a well-established fit out and joinery company.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must.
• Must have knowledge in Space Planning Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications.
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
