Fitcode is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales, retention, and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for driving commercial performance, managing the sales team, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and retention targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Manage lead generation and sales pipeline performance.
• Partner with marketing to maximize acquisition opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and implement growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of sales experience, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
