FITNESS INSTRUCTOR – PART-TIME | MULTIPLE OPENINGS FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Work Arrangement: Part-time

This is a part-time role with assigned four- or six-hour shifts, six days per week, depending on club staffing requirements.

We are looking for energetic, approachable, and service-oriented Fitness Instructors to join our pioneer club teams. What You’ll Do

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and service-ready fitness floor.
• Guide members on proper exercise techniques and the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Conduct basic fitness assessments and develop appropriate exercise programs within your training and authorized scope.
• Monitor and assist members across workout areas while delivering friendly and professional service.
• Identify and report defective equipment, safety hazards, injuries, and operational concerns.
• Follow established safety, emergency-response, hygiene, and incident-reporting procedures.
• Support membership inquiries, member engagement, and other assigned club activities.
• Complete required operational checklists, reports, and shift handovers.
• Participate in Smart Fit University and other required fitness, service, safety, and operational training.

Pre-Selling and Pre-Opening Assignment

Before the assigned club opens, you may be deployed to designated pre-selling sites, promotional booths, community activations, training venues, or other Smart Fit locations. During this period, you will:

• Engage prospective members and provide accurate information about the upcoming club, membership plans, promotions, facilities, and services.
• Support approved lead-generation, follow-up, enrollment, and telemarketing activities.
• Participate in promotional events and contribute to individual and team pre-selling targets.
• Complete required training and club-readiness activities before regular club operations begin.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates and candidates with less than one year of relevant employment, internship, or practical training experience are welcome.
• A degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds may be considered if they have relevant fitness training, practical knowledge, or certification.
• Basic knowledge of exercise principles, proper form, safe equipment use, exercise programming, and injury prevention.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
• Willing to complete First Aid, Basic Life Support, CPR, AED, and other company-required safety training before independent fitness-floor deployment.
• A recognized fitness instruction or personal training certification is an advantage but is not required upon hiring.
• Willing to work assigned four- or six-hour shifts, six days per week, including weekends and public holidays based on club operating requirements.
