XR&J Fitness Corp. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Fitness Manager to join our growing team in Cebu.

We are seeking a fitness professional with strong leadership, coaching, and sales capabilities who can lead and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Head Coach or Fitness Manager who is ready to take on a leadership role and is willing to relocate to Cebu.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Personal Training team
• Train and onboard newly hired Personal Trainers
• Conduct coaching, assessments, and performance evaluations
• Drive Personal Training sales and achieve revenue targets
• Develop strategies to increase PT conversion, retention, and client engagement
• Monitor and improve the performance of Personal Trainers
• Ensure quality training programs and exceptional member experience
• Build a strong sales and performance-driven culture
• Collaborate with the Club Manager to achieve overall club objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fitness Manager, Head Coach, Senior Coach, or similar fitness leadership role
• Strong background in Personal Training and fitness coaching
• Capable of training and developing new Personal Trainers
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Results-oriented and proactive
• Passionate about fitness and team development
• Willing to relocate to Cebu
• Candidates currently based outside Cebu are encouraged to apply
