EMS Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver EMS training sessions as per company standards.
• Conduct client assessments and consultations.
• Design personalized workout programs based on client goals.
• Ensure correct exercise form, posture, and safety during sessions.
• Set up EMS suits and perform safety checks before training.
• Build strong client relationships and provide an excellent client experience.
• Track client progress, attendance, and fitness results.
• Handle client feedback professionally and support retention efforts.
• Support package renewals, upgrades, and membership sales.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming guidelines.
• Maintain client records and submit reports on time.
• Update client information in the system regularly.
• Coordinate with the Head Coach and participate in team training sessions.
• Support new trainer onboarding and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Represent the company's brand values professionally at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
