Compensation: $20/hour, plus performance and bonus opportunities. Health stipend and PTO after 6 months of employment. Pay increases and growth opportunities based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients
• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
• Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
• Assist in maintaining a 5-star studio experience

Who You Are

• No personal training certification is required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Like being a part of a team

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 7 pm
• Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Hours**:** 40 per week
