Fitness Trainer

1. Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients’ fitness levels, goals, and requirements.
2. Design and implement personalized workout programs based on individual goals.
3. Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions.
4. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper use of gym equipment.
5. Monitor clients during workouts and provide appropriate guidance, motivation, and feedback.
6. Track client progress and modify training programs when required.
7. Provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle, recovery, and fitness practices.
8. Ensure proper warm-up, cool-down, and safe exercise practices.
9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment.
10. Inspect gym equipment and report any damaged or unsafe equipment.
11. Follow all health and safety procedures and emergency protocols.
12. Build positive relationships with gym members and provide excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gym Coach, Fitness Trainer, or Personal Trainer.
2. Recognized fitness/personal training certification
