Fitness First Doncaster is a Personal Training-focused gym in a busy, high-energy environment, and we’re looking for a qualified and motivated Personal Trainers to join our growing team.

Whether you’re experienced or newly qualified, we’ll help you build your client base, improve your coaching and develop a successful PT business.

The Role

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group Personal Training
• Design personalised programs
• Help members achieve real, measurable results
• Build strong client relationships
• Grow and develop your own PT business

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III & IV in Fitness / Personal Training
• First Aid & CPR
• ABN and appropriate insurance
• Passionate, motivated and coachable
• Genuine desire to help people achieve results

New to the industry? That’s okay. If you’re motivated and willing to learn, we’ll provide the mentoring and support to help you become a confident and successful Personal Trainer.

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $60.00 – $120.00 per hour

Education:

• Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Experience:

• Personal training: 1 year (Preferred)

• Australia (Preferred)
