Fitout Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

Fit-Out - Property Management

  Plan, schedule, and monitor tenant fit-out projects from design approval through handover.

  Review tenant fit-out drawings (architectural, civil, MEP interface) for compliance with building guidelines.

  Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to approved drawings. Tenant Coordination

  Serve as the primary technical point of contact for tenants and their appointed contractors during fit-out.

  Conduct fit-out kick-off meetings, explain building rules, dos/don'ts, and permitted working hours.

  Review and approve tenant fit-out submissions (NOCs, work permits, insurance, contractor credentials).

Resolve on-site issues and tenant queries promptly to avoid project delays

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in Civil , interior & MEP coordination
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for drafting and designing layouts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
