Fitout Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Fitout Engineer to join our project management team. In this role, you will oversee interior fitout works from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will bridge the gap between design concepts and site execution, coordinating closely with architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management & Execution: Supervise day-to-day site fitout activities, including MEP coordination, joinery, ceiling works, wall finishes, flooring, and custom installations.
• Drawings & Technical Reviews: Interpret and review architectural, interior design, and MEP shop drawings; identify potential site clashes or design discrepancies prior to execution.
• Schedule & Budget Tracking: Monitor project progress against master schedules, track material lead times, and control on-site resource allocation to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and local authority regulations.
• Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, trade teams, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet specified quality and timeline targets.
• Authority Approvals & Handover: Assist in obtaining necessary authority permits and approvals (e.g., Civil Defense, Municipality), perform final snags, and execute smooth project handovers to clients.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Fit-out Engineer: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
