Fitout site Forman

• Site Supervision

  • Supervise daily fit-out activities and assign tasks to

  workers.

  • Monitor work progress and ensure timely

  completion according to the project schedule.

  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved

  drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinate activities with subcontractors and other

  site teams.

  1. Manpower Management
  • Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and

  productivity.

  • Distribute daily tasks and ensure proper use of

  manpower.

  • Report manpower shortages and performance issues

  to the Project Engineer.

  • Ensure workers follow site rules and safety

  procedures.

  1. Quality Control
  • Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the

  required quality standards.

  • Check finishing works, including gypsum, painting,

  flooring, ceilings, carpentry, joinery, and other fit-out

  activities.

  • Identify defects and arrange necessary corrections.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship comply with

  approved samples and specifications.

  1. Materials and Tools

  • Check material requirements and coordinate with the Project Engineer for timely delivery.

    • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
    • Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and

    maintained.

    • Report damaged materials, shortages, and site

    requirements.

    1. Health and Safety
    • Ensure workers comply with site safety regulations.
    • Check the proper use of personal protective

    equipment (PPE).

    • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
    • Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and potential

    hazards immediately.

    1. Coordination and Reporting
    • Coordinate daily activities with the Project Engineer

    and Project Manager.

    • Report daily work progress, manpower, material

    requirements, and site issues.

    • Inform management of delays, drawing

    discrepancies, and variations.

    • Coordinate with client representatives and

    consultants when instructed.

    • Assist in site inspections, snagging, and rectification

    works.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman in

interior fit-out projects.

• Good knowledge of fit-out activities,

materials, and finishing works.

• Ability to read and understand

construction drawings.

• Good manpower supervision and

coordination skills.

• Knowledge of site safety procedures and

quality requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet

project deadlines
