Responsibilities:
- Performing routine repair and maintenance tasks, providing emergent repair works when necessary and assisting in facility management at the estate
Requirements :
- Secondary 3; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 熟悉水電維修、木工及油漆
Employment Terms:
- $18,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 9 days, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
