Job Summary

Aira Euro Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Fitter to join our manufacturing team at our Narol, Ahmedabad facility. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembly, inspection, and related workshop activities involving industrial valves and automation products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and assembly of industrial valves and related components.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
• Use hand tools and fitting tools safely and correctly.
• Assemble and dismantle valve components as required.
• Perform drilling, grinding, cutting, tapping, and other basic fitting activities when required.
• Check dimensions and fitting accuracy using measuring instruments.
• Assist in testing and inspection of assembled products.
• Identify and report fitting or assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• ITI Fitter / relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
• Basic knowledge of fitting tools and measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand basic engineering drawings will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of industrial valves, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing will be preferred.
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with suitable ITI qualification and practical knowledge may also be considered.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and skills.
