Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components and equipment used in industrial gas generation plants and related machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation of equipment and components.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and basic technical specifications.
• Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and other fitting operations.
• Assemble pipes, flanges, valves, fittings, and mechanical parts as per requirements.
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of industrial equipment, including gas generation plants.
• Check component dimensions, alignment, and fitment to ensure quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with the production, fabrication, and quality teams to complete assigned work.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures and 5S practices.

Educational Qualification

• ITI in Fitter trade preferred.
• Candidates with relevant hands-on mechanical fitting experience may also apply.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and basic fabrication work.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to quality, workplace safety, and timely completion of work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
