What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality fitting, welding, and fabrication with efficiency and precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Maintain quality control standards and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Troubleshoot fitting and welding issues as they arise

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, fabrication tools, and blueprint reading
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs and work in a metal shop environment with noise, dust, and welding operations
• Certifications: Driver’s license, CWB certification
