Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Five9 Contact Center Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade cloud contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Five9 CCaaS, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Salesforce Voice Cloud, CRM integrations, omnichannel routing, IVR design, intelligent automation, workforce optimization, and cloud telephony architecture.
The architect will be responsible for driving end-to-end contact center transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, solution architects, Salesforce teams, telecom providers, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer engagement solutions.
