Fix Asset Management Staff

• Create and register new fixed asset items in the asset management system.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate fixed asset data, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
• Prepare and update fixed asset reports on a regular basis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic stock opname (physical asset count) to verify asset existence and condition.
• Support internal and external audits by providing asset-related documentation and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with related departments to track asset movement and usage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA system.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
