Fixed Access Engineer

Optical Engineer is or the deployment, operation, optimization, and maintenance of fiber access networks using GPON/XG(S)-PON technologies. The role focuses on delivering reliable broadband, voice, and ONT services through Optical Line Terminal (OLT) platforms.

Scope:

· Prepare technical documentation (HLD, LLD, MOP, ATP, TSSR ,As-Built).

· Support fiber expansion projects, OLT capacity planning, and network optimization..

· Monitor network performance and resolve OLT, PON, and ONT faults.

· Support customer acceptance testing and provide technical support during project delivery.

· Install and commission OLT equipment (such as MA5800x series).

Job Qualifcations:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications.

· Experience with OLT & ONT products and network management systems such NCE.

· Familiarity with optical test tools such as OTDR, Optical Power Meter, and Optical Spectrum Analyzer.

· Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Willingness to travel, work on extended hours and perform field work when required
