Fixed Asset Accountant

Responsibilities

Fixed Asset

• Responsible for prepare monthly fixed assets report, asset under construction report, Capex budget monitoring, Capex tracking, asset capitalization status, fixed asset reconciliation to support group reporting
• Follow up and monitoring fixed Asset governance through enhancement of the fixed asset register, asset tagging, physical verification, asset transfer, and write-off processes
• Managed fixed asset accounting including acquisition, depreciation, transfers, and disposals
• Prepared actual vs. budget and investment monitoring reports to align with cash flow projection
• Handle and coordinate the quarterly fixed asset reporting in compliance with BOI regulations
• Maintain proper fixed asset controls, annual fixed asset physical count and collaborate with external auditors to ensure that all fixed assets are properly capitalized and physically
• Responsible for BOI/Non-BOI assets to support BOI open operation

Others

• Other requirement from Finance Manager and other departments and assists with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• With 5-7 year in accounting and finance experience with multinational company.
• Fixed asset control as BOI regulatory experience would be advantage
• Able to communication in English.
• Able to use ERP software and MS Excel.
