What they need
About the role
Fixed Asset Accounting role responsible for managing and reconciling fixed asset accounts, system entries, and depreciation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Reconciles fixed asset clearing account every month
- Performs system addition of Property Plant Equipment (PPE) every month
- Performs system retirement/disposal of PPE every month, if applicable
- Performs system depreciation every month
- Coordinates with external appraisers should there be a need to perform PPE appraisal
- Reconciles lapsing and trial balance PPE cost and accumulated depreciation
- Performs inventory and PPE count
About you
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
- At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or shared services operations, including exposure to general ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance activities
- Knowledge on SAP or any ERP system
