Fixed Asset Analyst (Record to Report)

• Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and ensuring all assets are properly recorded and updated.
• Support the tagging and physical tracking of fixed assets across all company locations.
• Assist in preparing depreciation schedules and monthly depreciation journal entries.
• Coordinate with different departments for asset movement and verification.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory of fixed assets and support reconciliation efforts.
• Help prepare fixed asset reports for internal use, audits, and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s capitalization policy and accounting standards.
• Maintain organized documentation for all asset-related transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to fixed assets.
• Perform book closing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
• Performs reconciliation of Fixed assets balances at sub-ledger and general ledger every month
• Apply knowledge on accounting policies surrounding Fixed Assets

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in fixed assets accounting or general accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
