Fixed Asset & Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset register, calculate monthly depreciation, coordinate annual physical counts, and manage asset transfers/disposals.
• Office & Accounting Administration: Process accounting documentation, create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for the Accounting Department, and coordinate corporate documents across departments and external parties.
• Office Operations: Oversee office procurement (supplies and equipment), manage facility vendors, and support daily administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in fixed asset accounting or office administration (FMCG/Retail background is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, Intermediate Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Express).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
