Fixed Asset Associate

Job Summary:
The Fixed Asset Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of the hospital’s fixed assets, including medical equipment, office equipment, furniture, and other property. The role supports proper asset tracking, reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register and related records.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and movements of hospital assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset verification across departments.
• Tag and monitor fixed assets to ensure proper identification and accountability.
• Reconcile physical asset counts with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and various hospital departments regarding asset transactions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to fixed assets.
• Assist in depreciation schedules and other fixed asset accounting activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of asset-related documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in fixed assets, accounting, inventory, or administrative functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Organized, analytical, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
