Fixed Asset Manager - Hotel sector

Ewaa Hotels is seeking a professional Fix Asset Manager to join the team. The candidate must hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess strong experience in the hospitality and hotel industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
• Strong hospitality and hotel industry experience.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or asset management within the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial reporting and operational performance analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and investment return analysis.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and improve profitability.

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the company’s hotel assets, maximize investment returns, monitor financial and operational performance, and ensure optimal utilization of assets in line with company objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of all company assets and hotels.
• Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and analyze financial variances.
• Evaluate hotel operational performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage and review contracts and agreements related to assets and investments.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects.
• Monitor capital expenditure and ensure asset value preservation.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
• Submit regular performance and financial reports to executive management.
