Fixed Asset Officer

• Responsible for the periodic transactions for fixed asset, fixed asset creation, capitalizing CIPs and project cost, depreciation, fully depreicated fixed asset, retirement, disposal and sale of fixed asset and compliance with policies, internal &external audit and other government requirements.
• Responsible for Fixed Asset tagging and Inventory , count and reconciliation of fixed asset in Plants, Stores and department.
• Prepare Reconciliation and Rollforward Monthly.
• Keep updated Fixed Assets Masterlist Monthly/Lapsing Schedule
• Prepare Analysis and Report
• Support Fixed Asset Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Accounting Graduate

2. Computer literate with above average skill in excel

3. Critical thinking with Analytical and Financial skills

4. With experience in Fixed Asset Accounting

5. Can work under pressure

6. Willing to do field work, work during holidays and provincial duty

7. Fast learner and Pro-active

8. Detailed oriented

9. Knowledgeable in SAP Hana, MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage

10. Positive Attitude & Excellent Communication Skills
