FIXED ASSET SENIOR EXECUTIVE

We’re currently looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis as a maternity leave replacement.

? What You’ll Do:

• Record and review invoices related to fixed assets
• Capitalise assets in accordance with company accounting policies
• Process fixed asset disposals and accurately account for gains or losses
• Ensure monthly depreciation entries are generated and posted accurately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records
• Support fixed asset tagging and verification projects
• Reconcile physical assets with accounting records and investigate discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and audit requirements

? What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in Fixed Asset Accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Comfortable working with accounting systems/ERP and Excel
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams
• Available to commit to a temporary assignment for maternity leave replacement
