Fixed Assets Officer

• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets at the Regional Office, distribution centers, outlets and other assigned locations.
• Maintain and update accurate fixed asset records, including additions, transfers, disposals, locations, conditions and operational status.
• Verify and maintain supporting documentation for asset movements, transfers, handovers and disposals in accordance with approved procedures.
• Ensure proper asset tagging, identification and reconciliation of physical assets with the Fixed Assets Register.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing or damaged assets, unauthorized movements and violations of asset management SOPs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and locations to ensure accurate asset records, timely verification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in strengthening asset tracking, documentation and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Perform any other asset management-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• relevant: 2 years (Required)
