About The Role Klarna's Treasury domain manages liquidity, funding, and market risk for a bank operating across 26 countries — decisions made here move real money and carry real regulatory weight. As an Analytics Manager within Liquidity & FX Operations, you'll manage Klarna's liquidity portfolio directly: running pre-trade analysis, executing transactions in debt securities, and evaluating outcomes after each trade to sharpen the next one.

You'll also work on the currency and interest rate risk side of the business, helping design and refine strategies that balance risk against return. Treasury at Klarna is still being built out into a scalable organization, so you'll work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Trading, and get exposure to both global FX and fixed income markets as the team's scope grows.

What You'll Do

• You'll manage Klarna's liquidity portfolio, running pre-trade analysis, executing transactions in debt securities, and evaluating each trade afterward to inform the next decision.
• You'll help design and refine strategies for managing currency and interest rate risk exposures, weighing risk against return on each call.
• You'll work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Trading, turning your analysis into recommendations the wider Treasury domain can act on.
• You'll help build out Treasury's processes and tooling as the organization scales, rather than operating inside a fixed structure.

Who You Are

• You've spent 4–10 years working in treasury, trading, or financial markets, with hands-on experience in fixed income instruments and liquidity management.
• You turn financial data into concrete, actionable recommendations rather than just reporting the numbers.
• You communicate clearly with stakeholders across functions, from Trading to Risk to Finance.

Bonus points for

• A university degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial industry guidelines.
