Fixed Income Trading Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

ExodusPoint is seeking a highly talent Fixed Income trading assistant to join the Execution Services Team in Hong Kong. This person will sit with the central trading team and will have direct exposure to PMs. This is an opportunity for a motivated person with some experience in FICC. This role has a path to trading.

Responsibilities:

Primary support for portfolio managers and analysts

• Trade booking and position transfers
• Trade break resolutions
• Ad hoc queries

Confirm trade details/unwinds with banks

Work with operations on trade matching/reconciliation issues

Liaise with MO (valuations) on pricing discrepancies

Basic Execution Support

• Unwind delta neutral IRS positions
• FX funding for the firm
• Outright FX and bond trading

Process enhancements

Occasionally cover European or APAC hours

Qualifications:

• 0-4 years’ experience in a relevant role
• Basic understanding of macro trading, and instruments
• Willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Pay: $760,000.00 - $830,000.00 per year
